I just wanted to thank you because after being burned on a car purchase a few years ago, we went into this with apprehension. I never had to make a trip to the dealership everything was handlled online and the only trip there was to sign papers and drive away. | I LOVE my Hyundai! And the exceptional customer service I received from Andrew and the entire West Broad Hyundai team could not have made me any happier! It was, hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was my first experience buying over the internet and I will never do it the "old fashioned" way again. It could not have been any easier! As a busy working mother of 3, my time is very limited. I requested a quote on line and within a few minutes Andrew had responded with a fantastic price for an Entourage. We set up an appointment for him to bring one to me to test drive...yes, he brought it to me to drive! We loved it and the deal was sealed! It was really just that easy. Oh don't let me forget the hours I saved not having to chase my children around the dealership while we signed all the paperwork...he brought that to me too!

This is to let you know that after years of buying cars and lots of experience with dealer service departments, I can tell you I've finally found a place to call home, in a car sense. The first positive impression was the professionalism, manner, and knowledge our Sales Person, Andrew had. I had been to other Hyundai dealerships in metro DC area and they were dismal with lack of product knowledge, would not "deal, " forced friendliness. At West Broad we were well taken care of, all questions answered. Andrew even brought in a new Avalon for us to drive side by side with the Azera to help us make the right choice. The Azera with its price and construction quality won hands down. A fair deal was struck, and we've been happy ever since. The buying experience was wonderful!
We come from Fairfax, VA, the service department is fantastic with Paul Lafoon as service advisor. Never, ever, have I experienced a genuine caring attitude about my car as Paul showed. Paul is the MAN! West Broad Hyundai is the DEALER, and Hyundai is the car BUILDER, and AZERA IS THE CAR! Bravo for greatness.

I asked for an "out the door" price on a 2007 Hyundai Sonata GLS and was e-mailed me back in 10 minutes with a quote. I was able to pick out from a handful of cars that were already on your lot and buy the car at that price. You mentioned that if the color that I wanted wasn't there that you could get that to me. I have only good things to say about the way the entire process was handled with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I will give you and West Broad Hyundai the first shot when I am looking for my next vehicle. Thanks for making it a painless process.

My buying experience was done almost totally on the internet. I researched inventory, made an offer on the internet and completed the deal with only 1 phone call. The paperwork was over nighted to me and I walked into the dealership with it in hand. There was no confrontation. No threatening to walk out the door. No unpleasantness whatsoever.
When I picked up the car it had pinstriping, mudflaps and wheel locks included, all of which I didn't expect.
For those of you in the Richmond, VA area or even a days drive away, I highly recommend West Broad Hyundai

Before purchasing my car from West Broad Street Hyundai, I had worked with two dealerships and they both seemed to be more interested in me purchasing a car from them and returning their phone calls and me making a decision on buying a vehicle rather than answering all the questions and or concerns I had. After going on the internet to compare a price a screen popped up asking if I wanted to get a quote on a vehicle. I filled out the screen and shortly thereafter Andrew called me and answered my questions in detail and advised that he would gather some information for me regarding the vehicle and get back to me. Since one of my concerns was the interest rate, when he returned my call he advised that his Finance Officer stated that he may be able to get me a lower rate and he would definitely give me a better price on the car. Andrew was very professional with his opinions and very informative regarding questions I had and never once did I feel that it was all about him getting the sale. I ended up getting a better price on a Tucson that had more equipment!!!! I would definitely go to Andrew again to purchase a vehicle and would also refer anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
